Joes Crab Shack Crab Cakes

You’ll Need:

5 egg yolks.
2 tbsps of worcestershire sauce.
⅔ cup of mayonnaise.
2 tsps of lemon juice.
2 tsps of black pepper.
2 tsps of dijon mustard.
¼ tsp of blackening seasoning.
¼ tsp of crushed red pepper flakes.
¼ tsp of salt.
2 ½ cups of breadcrumbs.
2 lbs of crab meat.
½ cup of chopped and crushed parsley.

How to:

In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until well combined then make into 4 oz patties.

Place some flour in a large bowl and coat the patties then fry in hot oil until golden brown.
